4 stars - After 2 back surgeries I love it! October 6, 2013
I had 2 back surgeries and just before the 2nd one I came across this book as a daily deal for free. Figured why not. I knew many of the stretches but the new ones did help me after surgery. I think if you do your research and talk to your MD/physical therapist, it may help you. I am not saying this will help everyone, but for me it really did.
